Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy – Navdhaara™
At Navdhaara™, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We deeply value the trust our customers place in us and always strive to accommodate requests to the best of our ability. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email us at care@navdhaara.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, mentioning your Order Number and the issue faced with the product.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must be retained and returned intact
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered
Reverse Pickup
We will try our best to arrange a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address within India.
- If reverse pickup service is unavailable for your PIN code, you will be requested to self-ship the product through a courier partner of your choice
- Once shipped, please share the courier receipt with us via email
- Self-shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Store Credit, up to ₹150
In case a reverse pickup is arranged, we request your cooperation with the courier partner for smooth collection. Please note that courier companies are third-party service providers and may attempt pickup only a limited number of times.
Processing Timeline
- Returned products generally take 7 working days to reach our warehouse
- Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection
- Upon approval, we will issue:
- Store Credit equivalent to the product value, or
- An exchange for the requested size/product, subject to availability
Please note that exchanges are allowed only once per order/item.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Navdhaara™ does not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns will be processed in the form of Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be added to your Navdhaara™ account
- It can be redeemed during checkout on your next purchase
- Store Credit is issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection
- Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Shipping charges are non-refundable for all Indian orders.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Faulty or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or fit issues
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized products
- Made-to-order or made-to-measure items
- Sale or discounted products
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or soiled
Please note that all returned items undergo a complete quality check before approval.
PRODUCT CARE DISCLAIMER
We strongly recommend reading all product descriptions, size details, and wash-care instructions carefully before placing an order.
Please note:
- Colors may vary slightly due to different screen calibrations
- Hand washing a product intended for dry cleaning may result in color bleeding or damage
- In such cases, Navdhaara™ will not be responsible for returns or exchanges
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photographs of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
All return and exchange requests are subject to Navdhaara™’s discretion. However, we always aim to be fair, understanding, and customer-friendly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed successfully, cancellations are not permitted.
We request customers to review their cart carefully before completing the purchase.

- Standard delivery timeline: 4–7 working days
