DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
International Shipping
- Shipping charges apply to all international orders.
- Charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and destination country.
- Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may attract:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Local taxes or VAT
These charges vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to check their country’s customs regulations before placing an order, as Navdhaara™ does not provide returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international shipments.
Please note:
- If customs duties are unpaid
- Or the shipment is refused/undelivered
Navdhaara™ shall not be liable for refunds, exchanges, or return requests.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES
All Navdhaara™ products are handcrafted with attention to detail. Please allow:
- 4–7 working days for dispatch of domestic and international orders
- Cod and Prepaid orders
During festive periods, seasonal rush, public holidays, political disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 4–7 working days.
In such cases, customers will be informed via email or phone.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
To help us resolve courier-related concerns efficiently, we request customers to follow these delivery guidelines:
- Record an unboxing video upon receiving the package
- Take clear photographs with timestamp within 48 hours of delivery
If you receive:
- A damaged parcel
- An opened/tampered package
- Missing products
Please:
- Do not accept the package if visibly tampered
- Record a clear video and photographs
- Email the images/videos along with your Order Number to our support team immediately
This enables us to initiate claims with the shipping partner and resolve the matter promptly.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is placed:
- The order enters our processing system
- Products undergo quality inspection
- Orders are securely packaged
- Shipments are handed over to our courier partners
Once dispatched, customers will receive:
- Tracking details via email and SMS
- A unique tracking number to monitor shipment status

Navdhaara™ ships to 220+ destinations worldwide.
Shipping availability for your city or country can be checked during the checkout process.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement.

CREDIT NOTES & STORE CREDITS
If a credit note or store credit is issued:
- It will be sent to your registered email address
- It can be redeemed only once on the official Navdhaara™ website
- Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
SALE ITEMS POLICY
Products marked as Sale or purchased during promotional events are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Every Navdhaara™ product is handcrafted and may require additional production time due to the intricate artisanal processes involved.
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the committed timelines, occasional delays may occur.
In case of significant delays, Navdhaara™ may choose to offer a full refund at its discretion. However, Navdhaara™ shall not be held legally liable for delays caused due to production timelines, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
