A three-piece olive set: a sleeveless crop top and a flared lehenga skirt in Chinon digital print, worn under a long sleeveless organza jacket carrying heavy floral embroidery.

Two fabrics, doing two different jobs. Chinon is light and drapes softly, so the skirt flares and moves without weight pulling at the waist. The jacket is sheer organza instead — a crisper fabric that holds heavy embroidery and embellished borders without collapsing under them. Cut that jacket in Chinon, and the embroidery would drag it out of shape by the second hour of the evening.

The jacket replaces the dupatta, and that's the real argument for this set. A dupatta needs pinning, re-draping, and one occupied hand for most of a function. A jacket goes on once and stays where you put it — same coverage, same drama, none of the management.

The crop top has a square neckline finished with embellished borders. Clean and closed, so the jacket's embroidery has an uncluttered base to sit against rather than two busy layers competing.
