A two-piece sage green co-ord set cut in viscose twill, with thread embroidery across the front panels, crochet lace along the sleeves, and matching straight trousers.
The fabric is doing most of the work. Twill is a diagonal weave, and that diagonal is why it resists creasing better than a flat weave — it takes a commute, a full day sitting, and dinner afterwards without looking slept in. The viscose gives it a soft, fluid hand instead of the board-like stiffness of a polyester twill.
The embroidery sits on the front panels, worked in thread rather than sequins or beadwork. That's practical as much as decorative: thread work lies flat, so it doesn't snag on a seatbelt, a bag strap or the back of a chair the way raised embellishment does.
The sleeves carry crochet lace. It's a texture break against the smooth twill, and it's what keeps the set from reading as plain workwear.
