The fabric is Roman Silk. It carries a low sheen rather than a shine, and it holds enough body to keep a shape — which is why the jacket falls in a clean vertical line instead of collapsing against the inner top. On a softer, floppier fabric this kind of layering reads bulky. Here it reads structured.

Embroidery runs across the jacket in multicolour floral and sunburst thread work, with a denser embroidered border along the hemline. That border earns its place twice: it finishes the edge visually, and its slight extra weight keeps the front panels hanging straight instead of flicking outward as you walk.

The trousers are straight-cut and tailored, with front slits at the hem. The inner top is solid, deliberately — the embroidery needs somewhere quiet to sit against.
